Welcome to The Spin Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern participation in classes, use of our facilities, and purchases made through The Spin Studio Lewiston, LLC (“The Spin Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By booking a class, purchasing a package, or participating in services offered by The Spin Studio Lewiston, LLC, you agree to the following terms.

Class Reservations

All classes must be reserved in advance through our website or booking platform.

Class availability is limited and reservations are held on a first-come, first-served basis. The Spin Studio reserves the right to modify the class schedule, substitute instructors, or cancel classes if necessary.

Cancellation Policy

To allow fair access to all riders:

• Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before class start time.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the class credit.
• Membership riders may be charged a late cancellation or no-show fee.

This policy ensures that open bikes can be made available to other riders.

Arrival Policy

Studio doors open 15 minutes before class and lock at the scheduled start time.

Late entry may not be permitted once class begins for safety and class flow.

If a rider does not arrive before class begins, their reserved bike may be released to another rider.

Class Packages & Memberships

All purchases including class packages, memberships, and promotional offers are:

• Non-refundable
• Non-transferable
• Not shareable between individuals unless specified

Expiration dates may apply to certain packages and promotions. Unused classes will expire according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Studio Conduct

To maintain a positive and safe environment for all riders, participants agree to:

• Follow instructor safety guidance
• Respect studio staff and other riders
• Return equipment after use
• Avoid disruptive behavior during class
• Silence phones during rides

The Spin Studio reserves the right to refuse service or remove participants who engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Health & Safety

Participation in indoor cycling and fitness classes involves physical activity and inherent risks.

By attending classes at The Spin Studio, participants acknowledge they are voluntarily engaging in physical exercise and accept responsibility for monitoring their own health and physical condition.

Participants should consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness program if they have health concerns.

Personal Property

The Spin Studio Lewiston, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the studio.

Media & Photography

From time to time, photos or videos may be taken within the studio for promotional or marketing purposes.

By attending classes or events, participants grant The Spin Studio Lewiston, LLC permission to use such media for marketing or promotional use.

Participants who do not wish to appear in photos or videos may notify studio staff.

Website Use

All content on The Spin Studio website, including logos, branding, class formats, and studio materials, are the property of The Spin Studio Lewiston, LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this content is prohibited.

Changes to Terms
