If there’s one thing about me, it’s that I believe in making things happen.

Fitness has been part of my life for over a decade, but what really drives me isn’t just workouts , it’s creating spaces where people walk in one way and leave feeling stronger, more confident, and more capable than they thought they were.

The Spin Studio started as an idea that I couldn’t stop thinking about. I wanted to bring something different to the LC Valley. a place where the music is loud, the energy is high, and the ride feels like an experience, not just another workout.

If you’ve been to one of my studios before, you know I care deeply about creating an environment that feels welcoming, motivating, and real. No pressure to be perfect. Just show up and give it what you’ve got.

When I’m not at one of my studios, I’m usually juggling mom life, running businesses, and dreaming up my next crazy idea to bring to life .

This studio is a piece of that vision .
